It's that time of year!!!

Yep it is.  It's that time of year for GARAGE SALES!!!  I don't know about you, but garage sales are one of my favorite things about summer.  I don't care about shopping, but I love getting a good deal at a garage sale. 

I already got to stop at the first one of the year....and I had 30 cents with me.  Bummer!  Oh well, there were a few that day and it's early in Minnesota for garage sales.

My family has a huge garage sale every year, around the weekend of April 16th, and we are usually the first weekend of sales of the year.  When I say huge...I mean crazy huge!  You know how people say "everything but the kitchen sink".....we actually had the kitchen sink one year, along with a washer, dryer, who knows what else.  It's a long 3 days of working the sale, but it's fun.  Surprisingly, we have good weather the majority of the time.  Last year, Maggie had just got shots the day before and slept a lot.  She spent most of the day sleeping in the Snuggli with me.  I was pooped out, but she was no work at all.  We were all bundled up because it was pretty chilly out that weekend. 

She could breathe easily, I swear!  

It's been so busy at our garage sale, there was a car accident on the dirt road because somebody thought they could squeeze through.  There are 3 of us that run it, and we were completely exhausted!  That was two years ago, and it was gorgeous out.  Last year, not so nice out, but we still did pretty good.  It's nice when the same people come back every single day and buy stuff every single day! 

This year, I am a bit more concerned about.  Maggie is very busy now!  I don't see her sitting in any of the wraps for the day, and to be honest, I'm not sure how well a wrap would work with this bump in my belly :)  I'm going to take our big 8 section gate for her to play in.  Grandpa retired last week, so he can help play with her too.  Should be interesting!
